UserNest pricing: Consumer version on Microsoft Store, and Pro version for IT professionals, sold in seat packs or as an unlimited Technician licence.
UserNest comes in two editions: the Consumer version to back up and restore your own Windows profile, and the Pro version for technicians and IT departments that prepare several PCs. The Pro version is sold in seat packs or as a Technician licence, valid for 12 months.

Beyond 25 seats, we prepare a quote based on the number of PCs to back up.
What is a seat?
- A seat is a PC backed up with UserNest Pro. It is counted on its first backup, once only.
- Restore is included and never limited, on any PC.
- Seats can be used for 12 months. When the licence expires, backups stop until renewal; restores remain available.
- Without a licence, the Pro version can be tried on one PC.
Pro prices exclude VAT and are invoiced on quote. The Consumer price includes VAT and is paid on Microsoft Store.
